Cancelled Orders
Wrong orders
We are very careful and take our time to prepare your orders to ensure everything is correct. However, if a mistake happened and you received a different product, please Contact Us; and we will send you the appropiate item(s).
Broken items
ArgentDreams.com verifies that there are no flaws and conveniently packs its products to resist 3rd party handling. If you receive an item that was broken during transit, follow the steps in Sending orders back, and we will send you a new product.
Unsatisfied?
Because your satisfaction is our primary concern, if you feel the product didn't meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day window upon the package receipt to contact us and let us know you are sending back the product. (after that period, ArgentDreams.com will understand that you are satisfied with the product, leaving no chance for a return). The package must be sent during that 7-day window as well.
After our revision, if the jewel meets the following criteria:
- Isn’t damaged
- Has not being worn
- Isn’t altered and/or engraved
We will refund you the amount of the purchase.
Important
- Returns that don't meet the requisites detailed in the Sending orders back section will be considered void.
- We recommend contacting us before taking any of the mentioned steps to ensure that the return process will go smoothly.
Sending orders back
Please follow the following steps:
- Put the jewel in its bag and carefully wrap it with the the packing materials the came in the box.
- Make sure the invoice (original) is in the box.
- We strongly recommend that the package is insured. We can’t be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
- Do not detail the content on the box cause that may lead into robbery
- Send the package to the address detailed in the Contact Us section.
